Safe and effective progressions will be taught in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!
Ballet is the foundation of all other dance styles. The French and Russian styles will be taught beginning with exercises at the barre and continue with center and across the floor combinations. Ballet vocabulary and proper technique will be emphasized and level of complexity will coincide with class level.

In this combination class, students will learn Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. In Ballet, students will learn to control, lengthen, and flow their bodies with emphasis on proper technique and vocabulary. In Tap, students will learn to use balance, counting, and timing to dance with clarity and crispness as they dance in unison with the class. In Jazz, students will be taught the basics including body isolations, kicks, leaps, jumps, and turns.
